What Problem?

1-If there is an all powerful, all good God, then there would be no evil.
2-There is evil.
3-Therefore, there is no all powerful, all good God.

Is this really a logical problem? Where is the demand coming from in statement #1 that there would be no evil? Is there any logical or moral concept that necessitates "no evil" if "there is an all powerful, all good God." Where is that demand coming from? Has premise #1 been accepted without critical analysis?
